12: Suit Color Dodge
For this assignment we used Photoshop to create or own texture style suit. First we started by opening a file 6 x 4 and then downloaded an image of a suit and then the texture style we used for the suit in my case the Louis Vuitton pattern. Then we used the lasso tool around the outer part of the suit and opened a new layer with the pattern we wanted the suit to have to switch the suit color to the style we wanted then we duplicated the canvases size to show the original and the new suit.
13: Healthy Flyer
For this assignment we used Photoshop to create a healthy flyer ad. We first opened a new file 6 x 4 and opened the downloaded picture that we needed for this project like the junk food and we used the lasso tool to out line the junk food we will switch out with the healthy snack. After we opened a new layer to open the image of the healthy snack and then switched it. Then we saved that as a JEPG and open a final file in which we will do the flyer 6 x 4. We wrote our slogan and then put a gradient background make sure that it doesn't have a white color in it cause we will be writing in white text color for the explanation of what benefits your healthy snack has.Then we pasted our image of the healthy snack and wrote our information. Finally we pasted the image of the food bank logo and clicked doubled the imaged layers and gave it an outer glow.
14 Displacement
For this assignment we used Photoshop to create a flag with a rough texture. First we download a flag and the texture we wanted as a jpeg. Then we open Photoshop and open our flag and texture image. Then we made a copy of the texture layer and pressed Ctrl+Shift +U to make the image gray then me used a filter to distort and displace the flag and saved it at a PSD. Afterwards we selected the filter then distort and then displace. Finally make sure that the blending options is at hard light.
14b: Displacement on Face
For this assignment we used Photoshop to create flag on a persons face. First we downloaded the flag and the image of the face. Then we open Photoshop and open the image of the face in which we will put the flag in. We duplicated the image layer and then clicked on the copy and pressed Ctrl + Shift + U to make the image gray. Afterwards we distort and displaced the layer. Finally you have to make sure that the blending options is at hard light.
